Meet & Greet

Get to Know Us

Our meet & greet is a free 20–30-minute opportunity that is required for us to get to know each other. Most importantly, it helps ease some anxiety your dog may have staying at a new place. Meet and greets are offered Monday-Thursday 10AM-12PM & 3PM-6PM, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!

Daycare

Stay & Play for the Day

Daycare is one of our most popular services, especially for repeat clients. We pride ourselves on our professional, yet fun approach and do everything necessary to ensure your pets are safe, secure and happy. We have daycare packages for purchase in our booking portal.

Boarding

A Vacation for Your Dog

What's included?

We feed 2x/day, provide water all day, picture/video updates, enrichment, socialization, individual attention, and we can administer medication for a small daily fee.

Rates

Peak-season is May 15-Septemeber 15, and holiday weeks include New Year’s, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Spayed/Neutered (1+):
- Standard- $40/night,
- Peak-season/Holiday Weeks- $43/night
2 Spayed/Neutered (1+) sharing a larger kennel:
- Standard- $70/night,
- Peak-season/Holiday Weeks- $75/night
Intact/Puppy (<1):
- Standard- $45/night
- Peak-season/Holiday Weeks- $48/night
2 Intact/Puppy (<1) sharing a larger kennel:
- Standard- $80/night
- Peak-season/Holiday Weeks- $85/night
Additional Dogs:
- Spayed/Neutered: $20/dog
- Intact/Puppy: $25/dog

Our rates are per kennel. If your dogs require separate kennels to eat/sleep or if there are no large kennels available, then there is no discount for the second dog. For their comfort and safety, we will not squeeze two dogs into a single kennel.

Fees
Routine Oral/Topical Medications $3/dog/day

We offer the first medication, per dog, free. All medications and supplies needed to administer medication (ex: pill pockets, cheese, deli meat, etc.) must be supplied by the owner in their original labeled containers with clear written dosing instructions. Additional fees may apply, if owner fails to bring necessary supplies for administration.

Late Check-Out $20/dog

This is applied when you pick up more than 4 hours after your check-in time.

Customer Discount Policy

At Happy Dog Ranch & Resort, we appreciate our loyal customers and are proud to offer savings to qualifying guests.

Extended-Stay Discounts

10–19 consecutive boarding nights: 5% off
20+ consecutive boarding nights: 10% off

Loyalty Boarding Discount

Customers who board with us for 20 or more nights per calendar year receive 5% off eligible boarding reservations.

Military & First Responder Discount

Active-duty military, veterans, firefighters, EMS personnel, and law enforcement officers receive 10% off eligible boarding reservations as a thank-you for their service.

Discount Terms & Conditions

Discounts apply to eligible boarding charges only.
Extended-stay discounts are based on the total number of consecutive boarding nights in a reservation.
Loyalty eligibility is based on the total number of boarding nights completed within a calendar year.
Military, veteran, fire, EMS, and law enforcement discounts may require verification.
Discounts cannot be combined or stacked. When a reservation qualifies for multiple discounts, only the single highest applicable discount will be applied.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers unless otherwise specified by Happy Dog Ranch & Resort.

Reservation Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To secure your pet’s reservation, a deposit is required for all boarding bookings.

Deposits

A 25% deposit of the estimated reservation total is due at the time of booking.

The deposit will be applied toward the final boarding balance.

Reservations are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due at or prior to check-in.

Standard Cancellation Policy

7 or more days before check-in: Deposit is fully refundable.

3–6 days before check-in: Deposit is 50% refundable.

Within 72 hours of check-in: Deposit is nonrefundable.

No-shows: Deposit is forfeited.

Holiday Reservations

A 50% deposit is required for designated holiday reservations.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in receive a full deposit refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in forfeit the deposit.

Reservation Changes

Date changes are subject to availability.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Any approved changes to a reservation may affect the final balance and applicable discounts.
If a reservation is shortened, adjusted, or cancelled after payment has been made, any eligible difference will be issued as a credit toward future services, unless a refund is required under the applicable cancellation policy or otherwise agreed to in writing.
Deposits forfeited under the cancellation policy are not eligible for a credit. Any approved changes may affect the final reservation price and applicable discounts.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellations must be submitted by text or email so we can document the request and the date it was received. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. Thank you for respecting our cancellation policy and helping us provide reliable care for every pup at Happy Dog Ranch & Resort!
